Support hours are a block of expert time you use as needed within one year. The full support package looks after your system for you, with functional support, server management, customisation and training in one agreed scope.

Yes. You can use your hours for any mix of bug fixes, customisations, training, configuration and troubleshooting.

You can buy more hours at any time. We let you know when your balance is running low so you can plan ahead.

Hours are valid for one year from purchase. Unused hours do not roll over.
